Specialist Lawyer for Criminal Law
I studied law at Humboldt University of Berlin, where I also completed my state examinations. From 2007 to 2010, I worked as a research associate at the Faculty of Law, at the Chair of Criminal Law under Prof. Dr. Jeßberger. In 2011, I received my doctorate with a dissertation on sentencing in international criminal law.
From 2012 to 2016, I worked at a law firm in Berlin, specializing in commercial criminal law. From 2016 to 2024, I was a partner at the law firm kpw Rechtsanwälte.
Since early 2024, I have been working independently in my own law firm.
I share office space with two other specialist criminal lawyers, my colleagues Eckstorff and Haug . When required, we work together as a team to provide comprehensive support in handling cases.
I take on cases from the entire field of criminal law, with a particular focus on commercial criminal law. I do not handle cases from other areas of law, but I am happy to refer you to specialized colleagues.
I am a member of the Association for Commercial Criminal Law (Wirtschaftsstrafrechtliche Vereinigung e.V.), the Criminal Law Working Group (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Strafrecht), and the Association of Criminal Defence Lawyers in Berlin (Vereinigung Berliner Strafverteidiger*innen).
